What you need
- The mobile number or the email you registered with.
- Your password. A reset works through that same phone number or email.
Sign in with a phone or an email
- Open the login screen at the address you registered on; it reads "Please log in with your phone number or email".
- Select the "Phone Number" tab, or "Email / Account" if you used an email.
- On the phone tab, leave +91 for India and enter the digits.
- Type the password. Leave "Remember password" empty on a phone others borrow.
- Press "Log in".
This screen asks for no code; a verification code belongs to the reset alone.
Forgot password: Phone Reset and Mailbox Reset
Use the "Forgot password?" link. The reset page has a tab for each route, phone and mailbox.
- Open "Phone Reset" or "Mailbox Reset" and enter your number or email.
- Enter a new password in both boxes.
- Press "Send" beside "Verification Code" and enter the code.
- Accept the agreement and press "Reset".
After many wrong passwords
After more than 10 wrong passwords the login screen shows a notice that sends you to Forgot Password for a replacement. Reset rather than guess; the screen also names customer service for a forgotten password.
Check the address before typing
Glance at the address bar first; it should be the one you registered on. Close pages with added words, unfamiliar digits or a strange ending, and never hand a password or code to anyone in a chat.
Registering
Registration asks for a mobile number with country code or an email, a password entered twice, and an invite code. Accept the Privacy Agreement, then press "Register". Use the Register button here.
