BDG Game Forgot Password
On BDG Game a forgotten password goes through customer service: the sign-in screen itself says 'If you forget your password, please contact customer service'. The same route clears an account locked after too many wrong passwords.
Where is Forgot password? on BDG Game
- Open the sign-in screen on whichever tab you use, Phone Number or Email / Account.
- Look under the password box, beside the Remember password tick, for the Forgot password? link.
- Read the screen's own notice: 'If you forget your password, please contact customer service'.
- Reach customer service through the Contact customer service button shown with the lock notice, or the Customer Service entry on the home screen, and say you need a new password.
- Keep the registered mobile number or email address to hand, since that is how the account is identified on the sign-in screen.
Why does BDG Game say 'Account has been locked'?
The lock notice appears once more than ten wrong passwords have been entered. Its text says to use Forgot Password to change to a new password, which unlocks the account and lets you log in, and it shows two buttons: Cancel and Contact customer service.
Cancel only closes the notice. The reset itself happens through customer service, so the second button is the one that moves things forward.
Choosing a new BDG Game password
The register screen states the password rule: at least eight characters, containing both letters and numbers. Expect the same rule for a replacement, so have one ready before you contact customer service.
- Avoid the mobile number itself, a birthday or a repeated digit, all of which are easy to guess.
- Do not reuse a password from another app, so that a problem elsewhere cannot open this account.
- Once it works, tick Remember password only on your own phone.
Keeping your login safe during a reset
Keep the conversation inside the platform's own customer service. Ignore anyone who asks for a payment to unlock the account, or who contacts you first claiming to be support. Sign in again from the login steps, or start fresh with the register guide if the old account cannot be recovered.
