This site has no email address, phone number or chat, and it cannot open, unlock or change a BDG Game account.
Where each BDG Game problem goes
- Lost password or locked account: the Contact customer service button on the sign-in screen, as the forgot password page describes.
- Deposits and withdrawals: the Customer Service entry on the platform's home screen, since only the platform sees transactions.
- Sign-up questions: compare your screen with the register guide first.
A step here no longer matches the screen
Platform screens change. Pages on this site are re-checked against them and outdated labels are corrected. Because there is no inbox, a message about a personal account could not be answered here in any case.
Spotting fake support
Nobody from real support needs your password, and anyone asking for a fee to unlock an account is not to be trusted. Keep account details on the platform's own screens and nowhere else.
